About Doré
Doré is a small bakery based in Houston, Texas. Every cake is hand-mixed and slow-baked in our kitchen at 7510 Evitale Way. By placing an order through this site, you agree to the terms below.
Orders
Orders are accepted on a per-bake-day basis. Once you order, we begin sourcing ingredients for your specific cake and start the two-day process. Order confirmations are sent by email; pickup windows are confirmed by direct message.
Payment
All orders are paid in full at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We accept major credit cards and Shop Pay.
Pickup & delivery
Orders are pickup-only at our Houston location unless you've arranged local delivery (extra fee). See our Pickup policy for details.
Allergens & food safety
Our kitchen handles dairy, eggs, gluten, and tree nuts. Read our Allergens page before ordering if you have a severe allergy.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled bake day. After we begin baking, refunds are not available — your cake is already in the oven.
