Please read carefully if you have a food allergy.

All Doré Basque cheesecakes are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, gluten, and tree nuts. We are not an allergen-free facility.

In every cake (all flavors)

• Dairy — cream cheese, butter, heavy cream
• Eggs
• Gluten — wheat flour (small amount in the base)

Flavor-specific allergens

• Classic — Gruyère (additional dairy)
• Lotus — Biscoff cookies (wheat, soy)
• Pistacho — tree nuts (pistachio)
• Oreo — Oreo cookies (wheat, soy, may contain milk)
• Ferrero — tree nuts (hazelnut)
• Tiramisú — mascarpone (additional dairy), coffee, edible gold leaf
• Guava — fresh guava

Cross-contact warning

Our cakes are made in batches in the same kitchen. Even flavors that don't list tree nuts may contain traces of them. If you have a severe nut allergy, please DM us before ordering and we'll talk through it.
