Made with authentic ube, a beloved purple yam from the Philippines, this cheesecake is incredibly creamy with delicate notes of vanilla and toasted nuts. Baked until beautifully caramelized on the outside and irresistibly silky at the center, it’s a unique dessert that is as stunning to look at as it is to taste.
